Tom Burt

Tom Burt serves as Executive Advisor, HR for Children’s Health. His areas of responsibility include compensation, benefits, absence management, employee relations, compliance, human resource information systems and human resource service delivery.

Before joining Children’s Health in 2008, Tom served as a Transformation/Service Delivery Managing Consultant for IBM. He also served as Vice President, Director of Associate Services for JCPenney.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi.
