Our Service Excellence representatives, at Children's Health℠, are available to help our young patients, their family members and their visitors whenever they might have questions. Their responsibility is to serve as a link among health care providers, patients and patient families.
The Service Excellence staff can help with resolving concerns. They will direct suggestions to the appropriate departments, and also will pass along compliments or complaints.
