Ira Kirkley

Executive Vice President, HR Consulting & Workforce Planning

Ira Kirkley serves as Executive Vice President, HR Consulting & Workforce Planning for Children’s Health. In his role, Ira is responsible for leading the HR consulting team across all markets and assumes responsibility for enterprise workforce planning.

Prior to joining Children’s Health in 2015, Ira held leadership roles in operations and human resources across industries, such as food service, retail and home health.

Ira holds a Bachelor of Arts from Abilene Christian University. He also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning and Just Culture.
